TENGENENGE:
Situated less than 40 minutes from camp is the world famous Tengenenge Shona Sculpture Village. More than 70 artists reside and work here, this is where is all started for shona sculpture in Zimbabwe. Collectors and art galleries from all over the world come to buy from here, you can fill a crate, buy a one off piece, or purchase a small piece to take home in your luggage.

NYAMANECHE:
Adjacent to Tengengene is Nyamaneche National Park the home of the Zimbabwe National Parks Wildlife Unit Capture team. A little known Park of some 5000 hectares, Nyamachnce is a savannah like park with plenty of plains game to view. The highlight of Nyamaneche is the herd of White Rhino many of the females have calves at foot. A wonderful day trip is to combine Tengenenge with a picnic lunch at Nyamaneche.
